'm a freelance photographer and illustrator based in London. I have photo assisted on shoots for i-D, HELLO, Ghost Fashion, ASOS, Tesco, Deutsche Bank and various other brands and labels. I also video edit for a range of production companies and illustrate comics for Rookie Mag. I am AOP certified and you can view examples of my past assisting work at www.aliawilhelm.com/assisting. I speak English, Turkish, French and German and find it very easy to get along with all kinds of people. I'm punctual, organised, but also easy to work with and have a sense of humour. I have taken a lighting workshop with Photo Direct and have 1-2 years of experience as an assistant, though I worked at a production company before that and was always helping out on set.
