I am a London-based photography student currently studying at LCC. I want to find freelance work over the summer. I have done paid work for magazines, and recently found an eye for fashion photography. I work with analogue primarily for my personal works, but I do understand the convenience of digital when it comes to paid work. I am a very flexible, hard-working photographer.

Hi I'm Ed, a freelance photographer and assistant based in Manchester. I studied BA Photography at Manchester School of Art and recently completed my MA in Documentary Photography from the University of South Wales, supporting myself throughout both courses working freelance. My own practice is in documentary and landscape photography but typically I assist photographers on portrait, industrial, food, and studio shoots as well as interviews. I shoot myself with Fuji GFX and Leica M/L systems with Godox lighting. I have further experience through other photographers I have worked with on, with Canon & Nikon, tethering to both LR & C1, backing up using Syncback & Chronosync as well as Profoto & Elinchrom lighting. Additionally I work across 35mm/MF/LF film, having used most systems, developing and scanning at home. I'm based in South Manchester and run 2 cars of my own which swallow a lot of kit and are insured for business use. Happy to provide some BTS/B-roll on your spare camera if needed. I am a London-based photography graduate from London College of Fashion, having completed my Fashion Photography degree in July 2025. My work is primarily studio-based, with a strong focus on lighting, colour, and controlled image-making environments. I have experience with 3-point lighting setups as well as experimental studio lighting using Profoto equipment and flash. I am confident working in studio environments, assisting with setups, and handling photographic equipment. I also have experience using Capture One and Adobe software, including Photoshop, for post-production. I am outgoing, flexible, and comfortable working in fast-paced team environments.
